This email was sent as a reminder for your NRA Basic Pistol Instructor Workshop June 3rd-5th Los Angeles, CA.

The PRE-REQUISITES will be conducted Tuesday, June 3rd (Basic Instructor Training BIT) and the Basic Pistol course Wednesday June 4th. Instructor Range Qualification and Range Training will be on Wednesday also June 4th after the classroom portion. Range will be at Burro Canyon Shooting Park.

Schedule:

BASIC INSTRUCTOR TRAINING (BIT)
Tuesday, June 3rd
8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Basics of Pistol Shooting Course and Range Qualification with range training
Wednesday, June 4th
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pistol Instructor Course
Thursday, June 5th
8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Gear List:

Bring a 2 or 3 inch Binder on Tuesday Day 1 on your First Day of course.
Download the Lesson Plans and add to the binder, or download them into your tablet, IPAD to use during class.
NO AMMUNITION in the classroom.
NO personal pistol(s) in the classroom, even tho you might have a CCW permit.
NO Sandals or open toed shoes.
NO shorts or sweatpants
On Wednesday, bring your person pistol and ammunition for range qualification (but leave in car)
If you completed the BIT and Basic Course, Instructor Range Qualification will be Wednesday, June 4th at 12:00 PM at Burro Canyon Shooting Park: 22100 E. Fork Rd Azuza, CA 91702
If you don't own a pistol, we have pistols in the classroom and you may rent at the range as well for qualification.
If you don't have ammunition, you may buy some at the range as well.
Dress comfortably for classroom and range.
Report all days of the training first at our Training Office: 6400 E. Washington Blvd - Commerce CA 90040
Electonic eye and ear protection, Outside the waiste Holster, 3 magazines, an ammo pouch, and 300 rounds of ammunition.
Bring Food and water also on range day, there are no food facilities on site or close by.
